Passenger upset due to SpiceJet's attitude, CMD Ajay Singh said – trying to create an atmosphere against the company

Indigo-Spicejet Flights Delayed: Recently, the flights of Indigo and SpiceJet seem to be affected. SpiceJet CMD's statement has also come on this.

Indigo-Spicejet Flights Delayed: Two more domestic flights are going to start operating in the country by the end of this month, one of them is Akasa Air, the backed airline of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala and the other is Jet Airways. On one hand two new airlines are getting ready to fly in the Indian skies and on the other hand the already existing airlines are not able to improve their on time performance. Till now there were reports of delay in Indigo flights, but now there are complaints of delayed flight in SpiceJet too and the statement of CMD of SpiceJet has also come on this.

How was the performance on Saturday-Sunday

Talking about Friday, on July 8, about 40 percent of SpiceJet flights and about 28 percent of Indigo flights were delayed. After the bad OTP of 8th July, the situation was almost the same on 9th July.

On July 9, about 25 percent of flights in Indigo and 25 percent in SpiceJet were also affected. Talking about July 10, there has been an impact on Indigo and SpiceJet flights here too. On July 10, 18 per cent flights were delayed in IndiGo and about 20 per cent in SpiceJet.

What is the reason for delay in flights?

No official statement has come from SpiceJet on this issue. However, in an interview given to news agency ANI, CMD Ajay Singh is saying that an atmosphere is being created against us and there is no problem.

It is being told that when the case of IndiGo's cabin crew got cold, the technical staff became ill. This means that the Saturday night shift staff did not come to Hyderabad and Delhi airports. Apart from this, these employees are also demanding salary and wage revision.

Airlines IndiGo says that some employees are sick and on leave. The company said that we take care of the staff and do not forcefully call them to work. The company further said that it is not affecting the OTP.
